I attended Nritya’s Emotional Fluidity Through Movement workshop and I highly recommend it. I went in with the intention of emotional release, as I had felt my emotional landscape had been frozen for some time. Through various release techniques and movements, I was able to release some of the stuck emotions and energy. Nritya as a space-holder helped me to feel safe to express these emotions, and, I left the workshop feeling a sense of catharsis and much lighter than I did before.
